I did 5 set of pushups and some stretching as well as a long walk.
Diet is far better............probab
ly about a zillion calories less than I was eating and much better food.....no junk.
I have NEVER stretched in my life and damn I`m rusty............gonna` hit up YouTube and get into "stretching for beginners" and go from there.
After training ,then cardio for 30 -60 minutes, , I used to say fuck stretching I want my PW meal.
I`ll be sore as Hell tomorrow haven`t really done jackshit for exercise in a long time.
