You are far from being dehydrated and I`m in the middle of a comeback from a 5 year lay off and having Cancer......I will post a pic when I`m ready at 66 years of age and you will give me my props trust me on that.................... ...once I flip a switch in my mind I stick to my plan like fucking glue.

Yeah that is my point I am not dehydrated trying to be as lean as possible I am actually trying to bulk. Can't wait to see 66 but again I am also about 6 months away from perfection and shocking the World myself. @Beefcake!!!

I totally understand Bhank.

I’ve been successfully driving sports cars for years, at extremely high speed maneuvering in and out of traffic and avoiding multiple obstacles, with zero issues. I guarantee I can stop at any local racetrack on a Saturday and win the stock car race with very little effort.

He isn't any bigger than me his upper body looks smaller. His legs look good. I do have one arm lagging due to an injury 3 months ago it was black it will catch back up. Also again this is him prepping for a show not just casually enjoying July 4th. What does he look like today?

We need to find Bhank a contest, we've sort of established he wouldn't do well at a bigger show. But I was thinking, Bhank also has all these maladies, maybe we can get him into the wheelchair division.
