Great glad I managed to motivate you to actually train you are welcome. No one said try and bench 405lbs but try to get your godamn endorphins flowing would be a start instead of just hating on others who are currently training
Working out is how you recuperate
I`m not hating on you but I`m not gonna` blow you just becaue you`re lean and work out.
I too have been training all my life just had a few setbacks here and there.......it` called life.... I`m not privelaged like you are but I always continue to train after a setback has been rectified.
Keep on pumping and eating garbage it`s great for your arteries and the high sugar is great to help spike insulin so you can store fat.
You have to come off the GH someday then I want to see your pics especially when you`re 66 you big mouthed braggart....you act like you fucking invented the barbell for Christs sake.
