Who would've thought just taking aminos would make you huge and ripped. 
I am not huge I have lost weight hence I am now below a lifting weight I need to eat a day or two straight before even considering working out
I could not leave the house today I have to get my food in me and my weight up before going anywhere and doing anything or I will just continue to waste away. Once your body starts dropping weight you have to stop the activities and eat more
It is 2:30 pm and Meal 3 is cooking and my girl wants to go get tacos when she gets off work for meal 4
I would have liked to surf this am or train this afternoon or play golf or swim. But I did nothing all day why because I am too malnurished my weight has dropped too much. I need to eat not go do more activities which burn more calories my body is extremely undernurished right now I need food fluids and rest. I need to recover losing weight is a sure sign you are not recovered
