I've been prepping my whole life Beef, lmao. But actually I have been following Michael's prep outside of eating every 3 hours (not sure if I could handle that), but eating the same drab, boring, carbless, calorieless, tasteless, but full of protein food. Cardio every night with him (behave!) and training at the gym, side by side with him ... for the most part (sometimes he trains twice a day). I haven't got a scheduled "routein" yet, but I'm working on it.
