I am also considering a midnight cheeseburger this only 3 meals a day shit is ridiculus
Boneless skinless chicken breasts and salad with lemon juice or vinegar -5 times a day.......eating 3 X a day will just slow down your metabolism and calorie dense fatty burgers take about 4-5 hours to digest......eat light stupid it`s not a contest to see who is the biggest it`s about looking the best on stage.....been telling you this since April.
Eat every 4 hours or so and keep the portions small......aka "Portion Control"
I`d advise keeping each piece of chicken to about the size of the palm of your hand but with your huge GH mitts just keep portions small. LOL
