Just saying I have tried them all bene working on thiem this mornign at the pool figuring out my legs is the biggest issue need to remember to plant and flex them first also tryign quarter turns. There have been more jacked up entrants than me it is not like I don't even lift.
Squeeze the floor with your toes and flex them hard....................
..always start the pose this way so you dont forget to flex the quads cuz it` a very common mistake even among experienced competitor.

Listen to others to learn....you did zero contests before and 5 days is ridiculous enough but dont just eat any fucking thing......eat what a person on a contest prep diet would eat.
I hope you place....I really do,,,,, but in the same vein I hope you learn that you aren`t the greatest thing since sliced bread......humble yourelf cuz the other contestants surely will.
