Ok but I will less of a fool in the light heavy class yes? I can cut down to 198.5 friday and then carb load for saturday? I mean if I do make the 198.5 after dehydrating myself and not eating much do I then eat and fill out for saturday or will that smooth me out
If you look great do nothin....if you look flat carb up a bit... I like baked potatoes (yes eaten cold or microwaved but made a day or 2 ahead),and a few rice cakes with natty PB.....keep an eye on your condition......dont spill over......dont pig out and drink just a bit of water.
You should have loaded up on water a few day before, then slowly cut it back over a few days time, then stop drinking completely if you look good just sip a bit or eat an ice cube or two.
You actually dont have enough time to manipulate your water intake but you can at least do your best.
If you look dry and hard on the morning of show day..... I would do nothing just a bit of water and a small meal after pre-judging.
Last minute tricks like shitloading and the like, usually fuck you up.
