Let me dust off my old judges cap and provide some objective critique:

1. EXCELLENT posing . Showed muscularity and proportions with dramatic flare in an upbeat, entertaining routine.

2. Head to toe conditioning with excellent leg development and lower body conditioning.

3. Back needed be wider with more sweep to lats but the thickness and upper /lower back separation was good.

4. Chest and delts had adequate thickness with detailed cuts . Abs were deep and separated with small looking waist.

5. Main weakness is the arms as the biceps lacked ht/thickness and the triceps were defined but lacked sweep.

Comment - This kind of less massive , but well conditioned physique and great routine is why I enjoy attending regional contests.
More bodybuilders should aspire to THIS type of physique and enjoy the sport as a healthy hobby.

Well done Sir !

Amazing posing.

That routine is gay as all get out.

No offense intended.

Looky here, we know the Mike vs Laura break up went public here on getbig awhile back.

Big Mike doesn't need me or anyone else to speak for him. BUT having been divorced a couple times, I want to chime in.
After the fireworks cease and the divorce /break up is long over, your perspective on it changes.
In simple terms, you both move on and eventually start a new life with someone else.

I don't know about Mike, but I wouldn't screw either one of my ex-wives now and I doubt they'd want me .
I'd be reluctant to discuss specific sexual details either. Life goes on and you want to leave the past ...in the past...trust me on that. ;)

Who said anything about you or Mike, I’m talking about me and other getbiggers like Abraham, would love to have a gang bang with Laura

Mike needs to tell us her info NOW, or I’m coming to his house and beating the info out of him  ;D

I said the 2018 contest looked a lot harder and yes you are correct it looks like no one showed up in 2019. I even said I would be lucky to get 3rd in the novice in 2018 much less win the master or the light heavy. But Mike is right I am signed up now so should just worry about me and have fun

To be honest, I kinda envy you, going to compete in this contest. Made me wish I could compete again.
Sadly, I'd need to drop several lbs to even think about and I've got 19-20 yrs age on you. LOL, that sucks .
I did a lot of competing in the south eastern USA and seeing the contest flyer brings back fond memories.

I recently moved (with my wife) to a beach condo , within driving distance from it.
Maybe we'll head over to the Saturday night finals? Should be a damn good contest.
Not sure if my wife would want to go , but ya never know? I can't say for sure right now.

Question - Would you be offended if I saw you , came over and introduced myself  at the show?

I don't think you'd have much success trying to beat info out of Mike...or Laura.   ;)

In 2001 I went to a show in Connecticut....first time I ever saw Collette Nelson before the bolted on tits.....she was beautiful and won the overall womens contest easily.

Anyway I went upstairs with my then training partner who if ever got on gear would be a Bantam,Light,or Middleweight pro...looked fucking great.....short and thick plus ripped.

Anyway Mike Katz was there as an MC and was also helping with the lie detector tests................Mo Mendez who was incredible failed the test.

Katz took him into an empty room and they talked and he took the test again and passed.

I doubt if anything sexual went on...I`ve known Mike Katz for years and he is straight I could care less what BEEFYHEAVYWEIGHT says.............just saying all those now defunct natty organizations wanted was the money....you know damn well they threw away urine specimens..know what that would cost to have 50-100 samples tested.

I went to one where the head of the organization just looked at guys and said they looked natty..........they looked juiced to the gills IMO....he just wanted the entry fee money

I went to these natty show cuz my training partner refused to try gear then ironically became an intravenous cocaine junkie.....he`s in recovery now so it`s all good.....guy won his class or the overall in almost every show he did.....he was 5 foot 6 inches tall.

I have a similar contest record . Only difference is, I was dumb enough to compete a lot more times LOL.
Hey now at least we've both had some hit or miss* success with "the ladies". :D
 * in my case it was a lot more miss... :'(

My first contest was the 1978 AAU Mr Eastern Seaboard. I was still 19 and competed in the teen division with 30 others.
It was promoted by Mike Katz , who looked HUGE in person.

We were one big teen class and I managed to place and come home with trophy.
Mike came back stage before the finals posing and asked for a show of hands on who we wanted our trophy from .

Mike said ; " Ok guys, raise your hands if you want Ms Nutmeg state to hand out your trophy."
* She was dopey local beauty queen and NOBODY raised their hand for that twit.

Mike smiled and said ; " Ok how many want our head judge , Mr Universe ."
Every hand in the room flew up  ;D

Dickerson was in a dress shirt and shorts but his calfs were jaw dropping when he came on stage with the trophies.
As he handed me mine , I quickly said ; " This is a real honor for me."
Chris stepped back , nodded and said ; You got good symmetry kid, stay with it." :D

FYI, your experience on crappy drug testing and pocketing fees  , was pretty common in natty feds.
I learned about that early on from credible people.

By 1988, I'd stopped using all juice and ended any delusions of being a top IFBB pro.
That's why I competed in a lot of UN-tested NPC contests within driving distance.

I figured some freak would always beat me in any decent contest ( like Mo Mendez ).
I held my own on the state/regional level . I bought a ticket to see the best compete at  the big shows.

My first contest was sometime in the 70` Teenage Mr. Baystate in Worcester Mass,.....that`s all I have to say about that .  ;D

Saw Boyer Coe guest pose.............till to this day the condition he was in was as incredible as almost anyone I`ve ever seen.

Split biceps, marble columns for quads, diamond shaped calves....he posed perfectly also.

I did one New England where Katz introduced me as one of his co-stars in the movie Pumping Iron.....great guy.

Met Dickerson once at Central City Gym in Springfield.....I was working the desk waiting for my training partner and Roger Aiudi introduced me to him.....he was in a suit I put down my tuna sandwich wiped my hand on my sweatpants and shook his hand.

Roger hired him to guest pose at a show in Conneticut.

Thank You Sir !
Unlike a lot of get biggers, I try to reach out and meet/greet others from here , at contests and expos.
Very few take me up on it. Not sure why? Maybe they just don't like me  :-[  *Hmmm,  I can understand that. LOL

I hate to say this, but I asked my wife a few minutes ago .
She reminded me that her old HS gf and husband are driving back from a nearby beach vacation .
They plan to "detour" a bit  and check out our new place , on their drive back.

Depending on their schedule it may be Friday or (likely) Saturday. Not 100% sure yet.
It's not looking good for us to come right now, but if they come Friday, we'll be at the Saturday night finals.

Good luck and post plenty of pics. Just hold the poses and you'll be fine. Ya never know, you might  surprise yourself ! :D

People prep for months and you're expecting magic in a few days? Maybe if you had 2 weeks you could make drastic changes by dropping food and adding in big doses of anadrol/winny/good anavar but you can't do anything in a few days.

Just forget about it and keep prepping for the Mr Getbig.

The pumps/cramps from anavar is too much. No amount of taurine, potassium, bcaa, or Gatorade helped at all.

Holy crap, we did some of the same contests,  I was in the late 70's.  Great story about wiping the tuna off your hand LOL.
I know what you mean about being amazed seeing Boyer in person. Unreal separation on his physique.

I competed in that AAU Baystate in 1978 and had just turned 20, so I was in the open men. Didn't do well.
Came back in 1979 in better condition ( no drugs) and got 6th medium tall , out of 24-25 guys.
I remember seeing Rich Warfield kick ass . He had split, peaked hams , when nobody else did. Looked like an arm bicep.
Victor Terra battled Mike Quinn in the teen division there , that yr or the next?

Got cocky after  got 3rd in the Mr NH , so I went down to Holyoke , Mass for the Mr New England.
I got totally blown away and must have been over 40 guys in my Med tall class.
All I remember is being called out with the 3rd group of 5. I never got close to a top 5 place/trophy however.
Other gym bros told me, that 3rd call out of 5 , meant I was 11th-15th. Ok, but to me it felt like 99th out of 100.

It was a long ride home after that wipe out.

I used to do all the odd lift comps at Mt. Park....Jubinville would call me up to the stage to compete................. .I never even trained for any of the events.

Got 20 wide grip chin slow and controlled all the way down to a dead hang then all the other guys were using underhand grips going fast and sloppy using momentum and kipping...I was pissed.....I would have done 50 like that.

My best accomplishment in Holyoke was tying Stanley Blinder a Mr Universe contest placer for 5th, in the double bodyweght for reps deadlift contest.

First saw Leon Brown there,Lou Ferrigno,Warren Fredericks, the  Mentzers Gene Masey Joe Ugolik Columbu Arnold Katz Ron Magnum Elliot Gilchrist  and a host of other liminaries of the time.

In later years I did a contest with Leon Brown  in it and 2 shows with Elliot Gilchrist in them.
