Yes, and here is the exact same diet that he would send out with the training program. This is from 2007 I believe. All things considered, even by today's standards and all the supplements available, the training program and diet is pretty sound advice for most people.

I believe we all want to get leaner and add muscle. I am glad this is what you want also. Do not be afraid to lose a little muscle to get leaner because muscle is EASY to put back on but getting really lean is hard. Staying lean year round is the best way to approach things.
