When I roll the delt forwaed bringing in the side and rear the difference isn’t as pronounced it is mainly the left front delt that has the issue. I could start doing front raises again but considering I have bone loss in the joint I will see how it goes. But yes may do some left shoulder work before next summer I honestly haven't done any direct shoulder work in years as they always dominated the chest. I also only have so much shoulder joint usage a week to go around. You use the shoulder joint on arm day, chest day, back day etc before even doing a shoulder day
