What happened to narrow now you are back at my legs? I have titanium bolts in both knees and stage 4 degenerative arthritis in all 4 quadrants bone on bone I could not walk without a cane 2 summers ago. So yeah legs need some work but I think they looked alright they will improve the most by next year. I actually have decent calves right now though

Guys I’m actually starting to think that Bhank put a little oil in his shoulders. What do you all think? Maybe he isn’t used to it so he put too much in the right delt hence the big size difference?

As I have stated the left delt has had 2 surgeries and has a disconnected left bicep tendon. They both were great when I was younger. The right has a torn pec and the delt compensates for it when benching. Why would I put oil in the right and not the left? I have never put any oil in my arms chest or delts but keep hating

When I roll the delt forwaed bringing in the side and rear the difference isn’t as pronounced it is mainly the left front delt that has the issue. I could start doing front raises again but considering I have bone loss in the joint I will see how it goes. But yes may do some left shoulder work before next summer I honestly haven't done any direct shoulder work in years as they always dominated the chest. I also only have so much shoulder joint usage a week to go around. You use the shoulder joint on arm day, chest day, back day etc before even doing a shoulder day

How is it possible that you fluctuate in weight so much? It does not make sense from a competing standpoint. Can you clarify?

if done correctly I doubt people would notice. You said a while back you might consider a run for a pro card. A little oil could help you with balance. Maybe something to consider.

Again no oil not only destroys tissue and makes you look deformed but can and will actually kill you. There is no such thing as Site Enhancing Oil only poison you should not be putting anywhere. You are an idiot with a death wish who will also look worse if you put that shit anywhere
