The real issue is my legs not my heart rate. Yes they are making gains but not there yet
. I mean I have been training 20 years but not my hamstrings. Hoping to get those newbie gains on them but also have small ankles and high insertions on calves. It’s going to take more work edema is still clearing they will look more cut once cleared but need more mass. shape has potential but long calves high insertion need a lot more on it

It seems weird but everytime I go to Dr I mention it to the Nurse if they take it and they are just like probably just nervous due to being at a DR. It has been over 100 everyday consistently since I started checking it myself 6 months ago but yeah 117 is creeping higher

I actually have this higher heart rate too. It may be at 85 to 105 at the doctors office since I was in my teens and I'm 44 now. And I'm on beta blockers too but it doesn't bring it down further. They always told me it was probably due to being nervous. But it's not that.

A few times I've been on stimulants but they haven't jacked my pulse up much compared to when not.

My mother has a high heart rate as well so perhaps there's a genetic component even if part of the explanation is something else.

For the hams I would do lots of Romanian deads. However even ifyou've been neglecting them they probably are just genetically weak. "Nordic curls" would be another exercise, first just negatives since very few are strong enough for full reps starting out.

You should have them remove the tattoo or finish it.  Calvin looks lonely without Hobbes.

Deadlifts.

Never seen a good deadlifter with crap hams.

He just doesn't want to do them.  Instead of pasting videos of stiff leg deadlifts, he'll say he can't because of some injury and 11 weeks from now be in the same place.

There is no such thing as junk food. Food is what keeps you alive by definition all food is good for you.

Lol…. Yes there is. You can eat high sugar junk food with zero nutritional value end up with diabetes and have a foot amputated. Maybe there’s a positive spin someone can put on that.

Have you tried extreme stretching for calves by Dante Trudel?

Where did the concept of junk food come from? Made up? For someone who continually touts his intelligence you lack a lot of understanding. You may be the new MattC.

Sugar is not  a super food lol.. no joke one of my coaches had me add one cup of maple syrup/pancake syrup to my oatmeal in the morning.

1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of pancake syrup - not the sugar free stuff

just a recipe to get fat

Sugar doesn't make you fat taking in more calories than you burn and more than your body can use to grow and repair makes you fat. Stop listening to coaches and start learning how your body reacts to different stimulus yourself.

I assume you are talking about the black piece of tape that is on my midsection in the side chest pose. It is a transdermal vitamin patch. After taking and looking at the side chest I was surprised condition was ok so took it off to see side better in side the tricep pose.

No cutters, No T3, No Clen I would have no bodyfat at all if I didn't eat a ton. I absolutely do not take anything to increase my metabolism other than a legal hemp product and 1-1.5 cups of coffee per day more than that hurts too acidic. I did walk 3 miles on the beach yesterday. I also dropped the gatorade which is full of salt for a day as was having edema and switched to water

This guy won the Open Heavyweight class last year at the show. Sometimes I start to actually believe I can do this but you never know who will show up. Also hitting one pose well for a second is one thing hitting all of them on stage is a lot harder. But my most recent side Tricep looks good I also see this guy turning his leg out and doing like a side tricep abs and thigh hybrid poise may have to try that. Does that qualify as a mandatory side tricep?

The guy that won the over 40 put his outside leg forward in his side tricep lots of variations need to try and see what works
