Not so sure about if it was cookie cutter or not. I saw the basic outline of the program when he started and saw this guy's blood work later on at the end of the cycle. Drawn the Friday morning before his show, his test levels were over 42,000 and hematocrit levels were 59.3 600 grams protein daily, 25 grams carbs daily in the morning. (I do not recall how much fat he was allowed.) One hour cardio in the morning, weight training and half hour cardio at night. AAS was orals and short acting esters only, TNE, winstrol, var, tren, npp. No HGH or clen/T3. Guy started out about 250 and showed up 239 shredded beyond belief. He looked great. He won and later said that he would never ever compete again if that is what it took.
I know about keto smells, but this was not the same thing.
That's nuts about 600 grams of protein, I want to say it's not right but can't say for sure. Palumbo himself never ate 600 grams of protein. Really, that's a crazy amount. His baseline contest prep diet has been posted all over. Egg meals, one salmon meal, protein shakes I think, almost no carbs.
Bostin Loyd for whom Palumbo had been like a mentor said his prep diet, the amounts, didn't change once over 12 weeks. Cardio increased a little, T3 and clen increased progressively. Supposedly Palumbo doesn't like to touch the diet at all.
Palumbo thinks McDonalds quarter pounders are somehow very anabolic, contain some special type of salt

I've told this story many times here but I just think it was hilarious. Bob Chick was asked what he thought of Palumbo's diet, did he see anything wrong with it. Bob goes, "what's right about it?"

It was McDonalds a couple of times a day, Carbo fuel drinks and protein shakes.
