Superset
8 sets overhead db extensions all sets 95lb db for 10 reps

5 sets hammer curls 35s for 30s
Superset
5 sets of dips bw 30s
Superset
5 sets of laterals 20s for 15s

Swam for 20 minutes
Walked 8 miles.

Did my first one at 25 as well.
Lesson = Dont grab a 5 gallon bucket of fence stain, hold it chest high, and shake it around side to side to mix the contents.
Was crippled for a bit after that one.

After that one, Ive done if every few years since. (30 years ago). Fun stuff..  :P

I herniated a disc lower back about a decade ago sure enough snowboarding back did a horrible whip like motion and was basically on the floor unable to move for a bit here and there was before I went to Maui did some Yoga when I got there which really seemed to help. I still do the poses and stretches when it flares up.
