Coop will be there competing he is going to break the world record again. I am nowhere near his level however I do have an advanced curl and I am close to qualifying for the Arnold.

His current lift he did in training actually breaks the world record in the next 2 weight classes above him as well although he is moving up in weight this meet. But there were plenty of people competing against him at the Arnold when he won that for the 2nd time. I am actually trying to bulk up to the class above him so I don’t have to compete against him as I want to win something I think I can set the age group record in the class above. But if I can qualify for the Arnold I may do the same class but yeah I have no chance of beating Coop

You have to actually FINISH something in order to WIN anything.  Not sure you are aware of that.

What excuse are you going to roll with for your next contest?  Something old?  Something new?  Give us all a hint.

The goal is to qualify for the Arnold at 220lbs but I need to curl 180lbs to do that if I were to guess I would say chances are I curl closer to 170lbs in which case I may as well enter the 242lb weight class and break the age group record. Meanwhile Coop is competing at 220lbs and curled 206lbs the other day which is above the 220lb and 242lb  open record. But it all depends on my weight and what I am curling as it gets closer. If I can t hit 180lbs I may as well just come heavy and curl as much as possible. I will drop to 220lbs come December and go for rhe 180 again as that is the last meet to qualify and is local so I can weigh in the day prior and be heavier that day. I have to do a Saturday weigh in for this meet as I can’t make Friday due to work

Only entered after reviewing all the contest pics from previous years to see the easiest way to not get dead last.

No the Dr would not prescribe enough to work. Scott is also too much of a pussy to do anything to fix the problem. But yes absolutely through hormonal support training and nutrition Scott could walk again. 3 years ago I could not walk unassisted. I had synovial fluid swelling my knees larger than my quads which were completely atrophied because I could not walk. I had bone on bone no cartilage just grinding away in both knees. Hell I could not straighten out the leg I had so much joint inflammation much less stand. They were pulling 100cc of fluid out of the knees every time I went to the Dr. I used all my knowledge. I no longer have any fluid in either knee. Dr have been doing HGH shots directly into patients knee joints for decades now. Assuming he doesn't have the Cajones to inject intra articular its going to take a higher dosage. Additionally he will want to use other anti inflammatory compounds and peptides. But by using everything in the tool box and progressive resistance training yes absolutely he would be able to walk again.

Does anyone else here have mobility issues? Knee back shoulder pain? Start banging 15iu a day with additional hormonal support while training and you are going to start feeling better. I can walk again hell I am squatting now not going to apologize for that to anyone.
