I dont give a fuck who "worked out" today. This isn't a training thread. This is a lifting thread. See the title of the thread neither Jeff nor 38 picked up a single weight. Neither lifted a godamn thing today just band work machines and cardio not one weight was lifted.

Corky can do better than your failed deadlift.  You struggled with 420 on the high handles at 220 lbs drugged up.  I did 550 clean at 189lbs BW -   We are not the same weakling.

I haven't even seen you pull 500 yet on a straight bar what fucking high handles are you talking about I pulled 425 on a straight bar last time no belt. I deadlifted a week prior to my surgery. And it was easy sure they will say I nearly died they always do I had a lot more in me. I have not seen you straight bar deadlift 500 please demonstrate

You looked like utter garbage at 420 w the high handles.  Now toss on 130 lbs more and do from the low grip and let’s see what happens to you.   You are really weak for all the drugs and weight you carry.   At 220 and loaded up on drugs you should be well over 600.

Brian, your dead lift was utterly pathetic. And you were on absolute max doses of gear and peptides

Adding 50 pounds to the bar would probably make you throw up. Or shit yourself. There is absolutely no chance of you doing 500 pounds.

You keep talking about trap bar handles meanwhile I used a straight bar the last time I was deadlifting. I did not max out I had a lot left and I have not seen you straight bar deadlift more.
