Place camera on stand.  Show you putting weight on scale, bring camera over to show weight.  Possibly not necessary, but you know the pettiness of some people will complain those aren't legit plates.

Simple bathroom scale would accommodate the (up to) 180lbs.

Also, there are simple timers you can download the phone that have the ability to overlay a timer on the screen.  (WODproof, WeTime, etc)

Wow you are really making this shit complicated just go see how many plates you can grip and hold in your hand

My lat is still really tight I don't yet have a full rom yet but getting closer. Still really weird how you guys always want to judge my back from the front. I am not doing the mandatories I am showing the pec is attached

I am not allowed to film at the gym. I can do at home but no rack. But it sounds like you just want me to see how long I can hang something heavy on my left shoulder. Last time I did something like that I couldn't raise my left arm for 2 weeks. I told you I need to get my left shoulder fixed. No thanks. Regardless don't tell me about it just show us something cool and then we can all try and see if we can do it. Maybe I cant but someone else can lets see it

I am going to try some plate pinch stuff later today if I come up with something cool I will let you know

Have you considered doing neck bridges?

Not the crazy Mike Tyson ones, but the static holds, back and front.

Or if not bridges using a weight plate on the end of a bench for reps, front, back and sides.

What kind of pussy is using a gripper at 47 years old? I used those things as a middle school kid. I did forearm and grip specific work 35 years ago. I have a wrestler's grip it is the strongest on this board.

No, your grip is no the strongest.  You used straps on a deadlift.  If you truly believed your grip was that bad ass, then you wouldn't have defaulted to it.  Don't come back with your pussy response of you didn't use them in lighter weights.  If you were doing 800# you could get a pass.  Instead what did we get?  Some attempt that looks like a lumbar disc should have shot out and hit the back wall

Machine press, shrugs, pec deck, cable press down single and double, machine press down, barbell curls, cable rows, rope pulls, machine hamstring curls

No break between sets one to another 3 or more of each 15-100 reps per set
