Each time I could not get as far as the time before. This last time I only managed to get back to 325lbs. The difference is this time I have more potential than all those other times. I benched 350x2 a decade after the initial pec tear. I benched 365 before and after the initial tear. I beched 325 after the last. I am not sure where this repair will put me. The other person I talked to who has had it done and is a pro IFBB claims it is stronger after the repair. I saw a video of him repping 315 pretty easy 11 months post repair. I am 13 weeks. I am excited to train and find out.

All I know is I had no connection before and a big fucking gap and hole in my armpit and now I don't. Once the right shoulder is back to normal size I will have a better idea but it's still half size. A lot more is going to come back in just the next few weeks. My bench is going to look a lot better with 2 pecs. I am going to get a shoulder MRI on the left in a few weeks though. Trying to fix everything.
