Finally got up 565lbs on the hex bar dead yesterday no straps or anything. On to 600. Bhank is still never going to law school, never being a lawyer, and never passing the bar exam.

I am not cleared to lift anything heavy for 6 months not even going to pick up a pound over 225 in any exercise between now and then. You guys can keep you lifting challenges I am trying to rehab a very specific thing. Talk to me next summer about lifting heavy

I was going to ask is it standard depth or elevated like some trap bars allow you to.
Yours don’t so extra props. Quite amazing lift!!

I’ve triet to get a little handle on the trap bar.
It’s just that I have quite small structure and would like those handles to be a little closer together than they usually are. Would make the whole package tighter when lifting.
