Yeah it is weird for me after 30 years of just wanting size. I will say I’m enjoying it though. Less food less digestive upset,less gas,less giant dumps,don’t really care when I eat now.lot of energy,feels good doing lots of swimming,walking and running and weights 3-4 times a week.


Going great Rob.....since I recently started back I`m making some form of progress on a daily basis.

I am starving I  have had 3 eggs 4 sausage patties and I am cooking pizza planning a chocolate shake then pasta for lunch at which point I may have the energy to train. But can't lift empty in the AM would waste away to nothing need about 3 meals first.

Now as far as your workout Fuck are you trying to die burpees bear crawls and assult bikes. Are you a crossfitter or a bodybuilder?? If I did that shit I would waste away to nothing. Eat lift move as little as possible fuckign attack bike? GTFO

Cardio means a walk 3 times a week not sled pushign medicinie ball slams wtf is this nonsense eat lift walk around the block that is how you bodybuild not fucking burpees and sandbag drags

You'd be surprised at how much cardio you could do with a hemoglobin in the double digits.

He's neither a crossfitter or a bodybuilder, but he could probably beat you in a BB contest.  This is not to take away from you, he's just better in that regard.

Working out fasted takes about 3 days to get used to, and just takes a bit of discipline.

And his type of workouts are SHTF type prep....prepares you for anything.

I'm shredded at 195lbs at 5 8" - and not a bodybuilder.   I train for performance now.  Ask Grape.  No drugs or bullshit - I just grind and blast metal. 

Early AM i have the entire gym to myself. 

Ive been training since Im 13 and at 46 - still cranking it out.

Brian, people do the routines they enjoy, not what others think are better for them.
He doesn't have the goals you have, therefore a different routine.

I enjoy Powerlifting type training (5x5), 4-days, based on 1 - Bench, 2 - Squat, 3-DL, 4 - OHP.
(With the accessories needed for those lifts on those days).

Not a BB routine at all, but its enjoyable to me.

Everyones different bud, no need to pick apart others routines.
Especially some of us who have been doing this as long as youve been alive...

I have a lot more muscle than you do on my frame (Just a fact) and reached natural limit years ago.  Now its performance and maintain muscle mass.
