You are wrong. Cardio to be aerobic exercise has to be continuous and not stop and go. Living your life unless you are a construction laborer doesn't count as training. You can't put on a fitbit or an app then claim your ordinary life is a fitness lifestyle because you suddenly realized you walked 4 miles. That's called being alive. I walked fast today for five miles on a trail. That's a supplemental exercise to my life style. At work I am on my feet for close to 8 hours. In no way would I call that exercise because my apple phone or fit bit told me I walked so many miles. I grew up one mile from Manhattan. No one has a car. They truly walk many blocks a day through the course of their day. That is a different lifestyle than most live.

Haha yeah I do between 10-12 mile walk a day on average a couple days a week I do 15. I usually split the walks in half but someday just walk the whole thing straight. I try to walk as fast as I can as well some days i average close to 5 miles an hour some days 4 and some days high 3s. Love walking. I am exhausted by 7 at night though but I do also get up at 5am.The 7 sets of shoulder presses started with 35,40,45,50,55,60,65.
Do you speed walk? The average person walks at a pace of 3 mph. A brisk walking pace starts at about 3.5 mph. If this is correct you walk between 4 and 5 hours on those 15 mile walks. Some postal carriers walk up to 12 miles a day. Are you a postman?

Heading to the Driving Range going to see how the elbow tendonitis holds up to the clubs. Also took a pic by the pool this morning of the old legs and wasn’t happy have decided it is time to step it up going to leave the basement and train at the club gym after the driving range. I believe they have a leg press.
