after a little warmup on the bike and some stretching and foam roller
did some light squats to get the blood going

then 6 sets of deadlifts including  3 sets of 5 with 315 no straps no equipment just chalk. Only second deadlift workout back so long way to go but Ill get there
4 sets lat pulldowns
5 sets hammer curls
6 sets calf raises

Ok hes 43 and has been lifting steadily for a long time  5 10 220  43 years old--never ending mouth of how he is stronger than me and everyone here

me--12 years older shade over 6 feet 250--so if I was his height not a lot of difference, Id probably be 230 or so

Ive been back lifting for 3 weeks now, deadlifting 315 for 5 no straps no equipment, only squatting 275 for 5 barf long way to go and havent tested my bench.
Absolutely no drugs (obviously) no supplements no nothing (like I could afford it), just food and weights.
My lifts are obviously going to go up and my bodyweight is going down, so I cant wait for his excuses why a 55 year old man taking absolutely nothing other than food has passed him in strength in so little time.

ya i was kinda surprised, I expected to keel over with 2 plates aside lol. My squat is weak but im focused on deads, its y favorite lift.  Also, fuck bhank he will proven to be a weak fucking sissy in no time, not just by me but by many on this board. Then the excuses will flow in
