Warm Up w 35lb DB 10 min
Chest and calves for 35 min   - 5 sets of 225 x 10 felt like nothing considering havent benched in ages

Circuit 1   5 rounds of  40 seconds work - 20 seconds rest

Atomic Push Ups on Sorinex Roller
Mountain Climbers
Dog Sled Push
Dips
8 Count BB 

Circuit 2 - 30 minutes   -

30 sec Air Bike
30 sec Misc exercises such as tire flip, farmer carry, sandbag drag, Wheel Barrow walk on roller, walking lunges etc.

The benching is good as are the dips the rest just seems like work for the sake of work.

The rest is so he perform at high levels at endurance events, and feel great overall when not working out.

I do work for performance, endurance, and stamina for the events I do.   I feel great, look good, and am performing at a high level physically. 

Plus I do work for metabolic conditioning and cardio.   I try to get 10,000 steps a day and this gets me there usually by 10-11 am

Yes - have used that one and its tough!   I think its actually a bit harder than the assault bike in terms of resistance.   Feels more substantial as well overall.   But its about 2-3 hundred more expensive.

The Schwinn Airdyne was so far ahead of its time when it first came out. That's all you really need to mimic the drag of cycling. The use of arms is a nice touch to engage even more muscle.

I have an Airdyne but bought it used on Craiglist for $70 probably ten years ago which was a great deal. 

It's in really good shape.  Probably 20+ years old.

It's the all metal version but doesn't have the newer electronics.  Just RPM, distance, calories.

Jeez, just buy some wraps or even some ace bandage, and get the show on the road.

I think BHank will get his #405. It will probably be 2 years before we get sleeves that fit. Next we can have a liniment saga :) .

Edit - You could also just buy a couple of pairs in sizing sequence at once and return the large or small ones.

The Schwinn is a great bike.   There are so many things you can program w these things.  The funny thing - just as observer, how few people use it in the gym - yeah because its tough!  Looks like just innocent little thing, its the "Devils Trike" for a reason, but it works so good.

Nothing crazy.   Just lift, enjoy it, don't do stupid Obama in the gym, blast Heavy Metal, this doesnt have to be a science experiment.
