Should have trained pull tonight but went to visit a mate and will train tomorrow instead as fucked work off for rest of week

Only weigh about 225 at minute not sure why as everything same training eating ect not unhappy with look but like being a bit bigger normally weigh about 10lbs more

That conditioning SUCKED!!!  Off the rower in :52 for everything.  I like to pull about a 1300 - 1400 cal with 26 - 28spm.  That damn dumbell thing was shit!!!  I am so not a front rack guy.

The 100 reps for time on the GHD sounds brutal.

I like doing the 1 rep EMOM sets on DL and Bench.....12 -20 sets in the 70-80% 1RM seems best.  I learned it doing Soflete, but assuming you're crossfit?
