To be honest I have a horrible headache today and stomach pains and the only thing that has changed is the new gym. Finding a squat station has probably given me the damn Covid. Being that there is only a 99.95% survival rate I am probably going to die for this shit. Hope you are all happy.

My mistake. I mentioned getting the knee sleeves on Amazon to Bhanky (Does Bhanky have Prime?).  Guess that's what confused me...or it is senility setting in...either is highly possible. ;)

EMOM  Power snatch + hang power snatch 7 x 1+1 (@ 80% power snatch)

weightlifting

4 x 6 push press

15 mins to build to heavy 3rep front squat.  felt good at 200#...starting to push the knee since the stem cell.  We'll see how it feels tomorrow

gymnastic

4 sets @ 30% of 1min ME toes to bar amount (33) = 10; rest :30 between sets
-Rest 2 mins
3 sets @ 35% of 1min ME toes to bar amount (33) = 12; rest :30 between sets
-Rest 2 mins
2 sets @ 40% of 1min ME toes to bar amount (33) = 13; rest :30 between sets

Curl grip weighted chin - warmups plus one working set to failure dropping weight and body weight to failure
Straight arm pulldown - 3 sets to failure with 30 seconds rest
Deadlift - 1 working set
Wide grip barbell rows - 2 sets to failure in 15-20 range
