Thanks SC I am an old used to be power lifter and I am now trying to do somewhat a non-stop lifting routine and up the cardio. I have actually been spying on your training log for ideas on this.

Worked back today
Wide grip pull down
Straight arm pull down
Chest supported 2 dumbbell row
Did these in circuit fashion with no rest till circuit was completed  3times
5sets cable rows
3sets of that head bobbing exercise for neck Wes showed me (no homo of course)
Just got in from 30 minutes walk with 42lbs vest

Much better than I can do so well done, brother and welcome.  Wes is a good man and a fountain of experience.

Thanks man.   I learned from an d school guy who was training Olympics in hammer throw , played football at Tennessee , etc.   old school ways.    Go hard.   Dig deep.  Do hard shit. 


Tomorrow mainly heavy chains , land mine t bar rows ,   DB clean amd press overhead.

I might be wrong about that. But he definitely said he could do full depth squats with 405.

145 for 10 reps on the overhead press is cock strong, good job bro 8) Just curious, how many times can you overhead press your bodyweight? I'm still trying to get to one rep with bodyweight, and today I will jump back on the gear, but only 250 mgs of sust a week.
