I have a barn but my wife`s a hoarder and it`s chock full of basically hit we`ll never use.Training at home today......down to one car and the wife has to take her mom to a dictors appointment. Two nice university gyms here and that`s it.
I feel like hanky posting during my workout....still about 60 seconds between sets but it`s not my style...........usually I have laserlike focus but I`m tired today due to lack of sleep due to my anxiety issues.Oh well,I`m still pushing it.
For myself, having that daily regimen in almost a machine robotic like way works best. Just go on auto-pilot. Blast the tunes, lift the weights, F everything else.

I thought I was dying yesterday headache would not go away also had neck pain wasn't sure if it was related to the squats or if I had contracted Covid. Kind of like a perm whiplash feeling. I seem to recall this feeling. But today I feel ok. I mean I still woke up at 6am with stomach pains after getting up every hour prior all night. I still worry about hydration because of this and wonder if my headache was related to electrolyte imbalance due to passing too much fluids. But today I feel ok. I actually managed to get the knee sleeves on once I prerolled them I didn't realize due to their thickness I had to roll them down to roll them up. Usually a loose knee sleeve will just pull up the anti roll down features were preventing me from putting them on that way. So while you tell me what isn't possible I am just packing up my fly gear and getting ready to go squat. I figure I will try more weight today and see how it feels. But main goal is to do sets and reps and see how training feels not just one heavy rep. Goal is to make gains not blow out the knee. Also whil yes not as shredded at 230lbs still not exactly fat most of my waist is due to internal stomach and intestinal bloating not external visceral fat

That is awesome looks like a lot of fun.I had a 1979 Monte Carlo with a 350 bored over .30 edelbrock heads,intake,cam,Holley carb,headers to cherry bombs thing was awesome. I loved that car. My buddy and I built the engine and it was a blast. 450ish horsepower.

Was going to lift for legs today but then I realized it has no effect - that's what bhanks has shown me. So I went and did 5 flat out sprints on my bike instead, haha.
