today was part 2 of legs
i split it in two days just because of time constraints and me being rather old
I like to squat on sunday, and then do legs on monday
sun - squats
warmups for a while (again, fairly old)

these are real sets deep, not bhanks depth.
i pride myself on proper sq depth as i train them with powerlifters on sundays.
legs this am:
leg presswarmup sets for a while putting a plate a side on until reaching 9 plates a side
great old cybex leg press
9 plates a side
set 1 - 8 reps
set 2 - 8 reps
set 3 - 8 reps
set 4 - 5-8 reps
set 5 - 5-8 reps
Leg ext - 4 sets
leg curls - 4 sets
calf raise - 4 sets
treadmill jog - 20 mins
