I dont really consider it volume though

15 build to RPE 8 - 8.5 Clean = left knee is really bad.  only got up to 175#

Bar cycling

5x1 every :30 hang power clean @ 155

Did stem cell and HA injections...not many options left for that knee

im not sure what any of this means, but im sure its hard to do and very sure i cannot do it.
(except hang-cleans, i like to do those)

Honestly I think the arms are evening back out the one has a protruding vein coming down the middle now and it’s closer to 18 and 19 my godamn forearms are both 16

That is where I wear my pants you want to hike yours up around your belly button have at it. Keep pretending you don't see that vein starting to pop out of the middle of my right bicep the peak will come.
