Not sure what you think are laughing at or what drawing circles and lines is supposed to do but again both my arms are considerably larger than yours have ever been. The bicep would look better without a blue circle hiding the top of it

How much does the right measure?

15 inches?

I think along with renal failure you might have nerve damage.

For someone on as much gear and peptides that right bicep is not even firing when flexed.

Have you tried site injections?

30 min of - Warm up and 10 sets of Single DB clean and press (80's) supersets w 30's - Laterals, Bent over laterals Upright Row,

60 min -

40 sec Assault Bike - 20 sec Rest

40 sec work Shoulder exercise of choice - 20 sec Rest   -  i.e. Kettlebell swings, Snatch, Chain laterals, sandbag drag, burpees, etc.

The airdyne IMHO is the perfect piece of equipment for cardio for people like myself who hate running, are a bit clunky on the rower, and get bored on an eliptical.
