Bhanks, you obviously look better than the average person.

However, you really have horrible Genetics for competitive bodybuilding, considering all the time you spend eating and training. You really should just downsize and get healthy. You seem like an extremely unhealthy individual.

that "100 pulse / heart rate" is not ideal. i dont care what the range says brian. (60-100)
im 10 yrs older than you and mine hangs around 65 normally. on the treadmill this am and doing a very slow jog at 4.0 on the mill for 20 mins, mine hangs around 100.

The airdyne IMHO is the perfect piece of equipment for cardio for people like myself who hate running, are a bit clunky on the rower, and get bored on an eliptical.

Part of my workout today is :

5 rounds
:30 max calorie AAB
2:30 rest

My best 20cal is :16

If you have never tried the Rogue Echo bike, just know there is a bike harder than the Assault bike.  This guy won last years 50 cal challenge as well as this year.

Yesterday hit delts and abs:

Seated Bradford Press
Lateral Raise
Bent-Over Laterals
Wide Upright Row to nipple height with a static hold for a sec or three
Crunches.

Did four sets of everything and three on the Upright Rows.

Tried to do burpees and weighted sled drags and my wife had to call the EMT`s.  ;D

Like Gym Rat said I respect that conditioning type of training....it ain`t for sissies.....fuck bhank anyway,he uses the pink dumbells.

Dude my left arm tapes at 19 inches I have proven this many times. I am sorry you don't understand the process that is why you never put on any size. You are judging condition without accounting for weight. Is my condition better in this pic? Yes absolutely. However I am 195lbs in this pic no diet just eating regular. I absolutely have more muscle now. I am pushing 230lbs in the pic you are critiquing. When I drop back down I will be bigger than this. I eat so much all I have to do is eat regular for a week and my weight will come back down and I will lean out. However My main focus this winter has been legs. I am absolutely not going to make noticeable leg gains sitting at 6% bodyfat doing cardio everyday. You have to get wet you have to coccoon you have to eat to grow. You have to trust the process. The shows are this summer not now. I am deliberately adding weight and holding fluid now not sure what part of that you don't understand. But I know what I am doing I will look better than ever this summer.

Oh yeah that is my resting Heart rate it has been that for at least a year since I started monitoring it. Despite what these guys think that doesn't mean I am fat overweight and about to have a heart attack. I exercise every fucking day. I am not out of shape. I just have a naturally high heart rate. Every other vital is great. That would also explain why my metabolism is so high. Babies have heart rates over 100 that doesn't mean they are unhealthy.

No one is saying you're fat.  Just because you are lean does not mean you are not at risk of an MI.  Are you seriously that fucking retarded that you use an infant as your comparison??  The amount of growth going on in an infant is exponentially higher due to the GROWTH PROCESSES going on.  Their levels of fatty acid oxidation is incredible.  In fact 74% of the energy intake needed for an infant is just for the brain alone (adults are 20 - 24%....I suspect you are somewhere in the 5 - 7% range with all of the bullshit you come up with)

The metabolic substrate usage in an infant wanes considerably after 6 mos.   Not sure how the usage is in a balding drug using felon such as yourself.  So comparison is not useful at this time.
