Yesterday hit delts and abs:
Seated Bradford Press
Lateral Raise
Bent-Over Laterals
Wide Upright Row to nipple height with a static hold for a sec or three
Crunches.
Did four sets of everything and three on the Upright Rows.
Tried to do burpees and weighted sled drags and my wife had to call the EMT`s.

Like Gym Rat said I respect that conditioning type of training....it ain`t for sissies.....fuck bhank anyway,he uses the pink dumbells.
