Anyway lets get this thread back on track now that we have established I am an innocent man who is in shape but bulking.

I am heading to the gym. Today is leg day. Today is squat day. Now I could squat 405 for 90 degrees and make a video. But haters are just going to hate anyway so no point fucking up my knees for them. Going to squat 225 for 50 reps and blow up these legs instead of my knees. Will then do some leg presses, extensions, and curls if I have any energy left. @Beefcake

Anyone else working out today? Lots of people reading only a handful actually are posting any workouts.

Thats good bench work much more realistic than your claimed squats but again as we have all come to learn not all squats are created equal

Day off today did chest,shoulders,forearms,calves and abs yesterday.

Chest
Hammer strength wide grip 4 sets
Hammer strength incline 4 sets
Incline flys 4 sets
Incline db press 4 sets
Shoulders
8 sets hammer strength press
Calves
8 sets rotary calve machine
Abs
Crunches 1 set 100 superset ab wheel 1 set 20 superset with 1 plank for 60 seconds.
Forearms
Forearm roller 10lbs  for top 15 times
Forearm roller 10 lbs for bottom 20 times

Cardio twice 5 miles each time.
Now back to the arguing.

one thing i pride 'em on is proper depth
again, I train squats with 2 powerlifters on sundays at a separate gym (they're are pains in the asses on depth/form)
i do use knee-wraps and a belt once I reach 4-plates, so its not raw
again, i dont find it impressive at all others around me are doing much more
but anyways, thx  lol

Notice that he's holding that arm lower than the other. That should explain why his bicep in lower. I don't think it explains why the lower bicep is also smaller. Maybe if he could get his arm completely parallel, a fair comparison could be made.

Someone's body being absolutely symmetrical in every way is extremely rare.

In what sets of three....no way are you doing that consecutively.....the most I ever did was twenty six all the way down but of course I was tiny..... and yes just blasted my arms and did some calf work. and probably expended more energy than you will on quads.  LOL  ;D
