I am heading to the gym. Today is leg day. Today is squat day. Now I could squat 405 for 90 degrees and make a video. But haters are just going to hate anyway so no point fucking up my knees for them. Going to squat 225 for 50 reps and blow up these legs instead of my knees. Will then do some leg presses, extensions, and curls if I have any energy left. @Beefcake
