Hey calm down woman.....been typing it up on Word Pad off and on all day.

My legs sucked but I was a pretty good squatter.

I went to a business school for high school but I would always skip typing class to smoke pot so I never learned the home row and can only type with my right index finger....BUT..... I am the fastest one fingered typist on the planet.

It`s coming trust me, but there`s a lot to explain and I want it to be in explicit detail......it`  tweaked a bit due to my vast brainpower.

I swear the above is true......should have it completed soon.

I received your email with the 5 X 5 program and very descriptive outline. Thank you so much. I take back some of the things I said about you and those de-clawed gerbils. LOL

I’m excited to try this. I woke up early today to watch YouTube videos on knee wrapping. I need to investigate this some more.

And to the two guys showing off their big engineering brains (😁) I have been to Walter’s office and one of his degrees on his office wall is Structural Engineering (Civil Engineering), so if that lowland Neanderthal can graduate, I’m not sure it is something to be too proud of.

I went for coffee and breakfast in the Loop this morning and 3 people have asked me if I’m Ukrainian.

3 sets decline press (these are very easy on my shoulders)
3sets flat flyes
3 sets flat bp
Db shrugs ss with Db shoulder press 3sets
Cable shrugs ss with overhead plate raises 3sets
20 minutes on airdyne first 5 easy and then 1 minute sprints alternating with 1minute easy
I’ve been working on the airdyne for about a month and seeing good results
24 degrees today in cook’s gym
I know for you guys in NY and Michigan that is a heat wave but it’s cold for my country ass

I use plastic also....just saying what seems to be a waste in a way to learn all those various types of math that most will never learn or if they do will seldom ever use unless it`s job related.

I agree with you based on personal experience. I've rarely found reason to employ advanced math in my daily adult life. For people going into a profession which is heavily math dependent, it is great. Both my son and my daughter have excellent math skills. For my son, this has proved to be beneficial in both his career and earlier in his studies in computer sciences, particularly when he was in college developing programs using C, C++, Javascript and Python, etc.

I played around with Javascript and flash when studying web design using a Adobe's Dreamweaver. These programs have become more and more sophisticated and practically all the work for you.

At the risk of boring everyone to death...I started life as a Defence Contractor specialising in Armoured Vehicle Electronics (Vetronics) and weapon system integration (my degree is in that area) so I used to use my knowledge of that kind of thing (and spatial geometry and quaternions) to help design and program tank weapon systems to aim at (and hopefully hit! ;D) a moving target while they themselves were moving...

But that was a loooong time ago.  All I count now is money, children, sets and reps  ;D



Interesting Taffin.

My good friend is a mechanical engineer who works for NASA and we always joke that he makes weapons and i make targets. ;D

It's not that great, kind of boring.

But i used to work for one of the largest structural engineering firms in the world and i traveled all over the place for 7 years. Some of these places were very remote.

Saw some crazy shit.

The best part of my career is that i've lived in 7 different countries.

Good one Cook....been attempting to thaw out the pipes in the cellar off and on all day....it`s been brutal up here and a foot of snow is headed our way.

Gonna` hit arms tonight once I thaw these fucking pipes.

Oh, like I don’t hear that 9-10 times a day !  LOL

I am wearing my knee wraps around the office today for practice. Not on real tight though. People keep asking me what is on the outside of my pants and I’m telling them it’s a new trend out in California.

I was going to tell them it was because Doctors had to rebuild both of my knees with titanium rods, 316 stainless steel bolts, adamantium shims, and carbon fiber tendons and I’m lucky I can even walk, let alone squat.

But that fairy tale has already been told enough times.

Jane on my max attempt squats I use to do what was called a cross wrap.It is the tightest you can get it and it’s only good for single reps because it cuts off the blood flow in your legs so bad.You might try it for single attempts though

Cook is what I do called a cross wrap.....never heard that term....I go tightly around my knee three times a bit higher each time,  then I cross the wrap to the right, cross again to the left,one more time around the crossed area and tuck it in on the side or the front, and drop ass.

Walking like Frankenteins monster to the rack....I always unwrap and rewrap between each set.
