Well I am 511 and currently in the low 220s being taller and having a larger frame makes a huge difference. There is a reason pro open bodybuilders are all 5foot7. I also have some medical issues with my knees. I was on a Cane unable to walk for most of 2019. As you can see I have actual bone on bone. Again though legs have no fat and teardrop separation for all the shit talkers not one person has posted in shape trained legs. Yes you have legs no they are not as cut up as mine walking around. Also fyi while you have quads my calves are better than yours you have no calves.

The Doctors wanted to shave down one side of my leg to even out the wear and tear on the joint when I last visited them in Oct 2019. That was their solution. I found another way to walk again. I think they look great and will be my strong suit this time next year. They certainly look better than they did in July of 2019 had complete atrophy and so much fluid in the knee the cap was floating and I could not even straighten the leg. I could not walk 50 feet without assistance in July of 2019 everyday was nonstop pain

You talk all sorts of shit to people.  Say how great you are.  Puff your chest and pound it like you're some silverback only to turn around and make some feeble attempt at excuses on why you lack size.  You will NOT be gaining 15 or 20lbs of muscle in the next year unless you up your dose (and deny that you do in the process). 

At least put something in your post prefacing that we all should feel sorry for you.

Condition matters. I never said I had large legs but they are conditioned to the point where they are clearly trained. Also they look better than they did last year that is what counts

The bakers cyst hurts it also the same location the knee slips backwards. I do not walk upstairs with the left leg first. I always use the right leg. The left leg slips out of the joint if I try to take a large step with it can be very scary and painful.
