Just finished training. I did a workout inspired by some you guys have posted.
I did bench press 3sets
Lat pull downs 3sets
Cable upright rows 3 sets
Dip machine 3 sets
Db curls 3 sets
In between sets was a minute on the airdyne then back to the next set.
So 15 sets and 15 one minute sprints or as close as I could get to sprinting.First 3or 4 was all out but then I was surviving from then on.Hopefully I can get in good enough condition to go all out on all of them.thanks SC and a few others for the cool ideas.Later guys

Lifetime is insane!   Expensive, but holy F insane.   They have a great J Squat machine, 3 different leg presses of variety, different hack squats, tons of racks, bars, etc.

The one I went to in Flower Mound, TX was LOOOOADED with gorgeous women.

5 rounds of that?  Damn....must have been close to 60 - 90 mins. My 50 cals is usually about 3:30 at a moderate clip (63 - 67rpm)

It was closer to 90 maybe a little more. My recovery was probably 2-3min.

Well this is the first rational, and almost 100% honest post I've see from you here so I will treat you with respect for that and don't take anything as bashing you.  I think what you don't/didn't realize is that this is the "thunderdome" or bbing sites, and your ego far outweighs your physique.  That is why you get bashed so much.  That being said, it's good that you have good self esteem as most bbers/weightlifters don't, and that's many times the reason we got into this shit.  Whether that is the case with you or not, I don't know.  Maybe you've always been this way, or maybe once you put some size on (I'm guessing you were a twig b4 lifting and/or juice based on the high metabolism you speak of.....we should all be so lucky)

As for the bolded parts...
1) I apologize for assuming you used those things.  I read the site on the shitter and am not logged in on my phone since it has no VPN and all of that other jazz.  I didn't even post for a year...maybe too as my "new" acct wass not accessible bcuz the email service I used shut down my acct since I never used it, so I couldn't retrieve my password for B_MyT-2.  I don't even have apps on my phone other than the weather channel and vm. 

You kinda came out of nowhere on here, talked a lot of shit, posted pics that didn't back up said shit talk, and are just kind of a dick in general,  I think it was Wes that said, "dude no one here wants to hate you, but you make it hard not to" or something to that effect.  Whoever it was, I agree with that totally.  Just be a good humble dude, and you won't have issues.

I never saw all of the personal stuff that has been talked about, but from what I've read and knowing this site/members that was fucking stupid on your part especially when you are talking shit and can't take criticism.  People told you so from what I gather, but even still you keep on doing it.  This is an anonymous board, and for the most part you have no idea what we look like, what we are doing, and what we have done in the past.  In short CHECK YOUR EGO AT THE DOOR, AND DON'T PUT THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE ON HERE.....cuz we are made up of a mix of fuck this guy, crazies, currently good/great, and past good/great bbers........and then there's the schmoes too.  Bottom line this is not the place to put up personal shit.

2)  The contest photo you posted is better than all of your others.  Your legs do have  SOME detail there.  The others you've posted saying your legs are detailed are just silly.  They are deliniated, and I have said so, but the are not detailed.   There is a huge difference between those two words.

3) I don't ever think I have said you have a huge gut.  If I did, I apologize as it would be me just being a dick bcuz of your ego.  I know I did say it was distended, and I stand by that.

4) You never replied as far as I've seen to the leg measurements.  Guess that struck a nerve

5) I'm shorter than you, but I'm not lying when I said I would be as good as you on 300mgs/wk of enanthate alone.  I have never, and will never take tren or any other ug gear.  You will look grainier than me up top, but I guarantee you I would be thicker, stronger, and have a better overall physique than you after 9 months once this knee gets rehabbed.  Injuries and Covid have kept me out of the gym as Drs. told me not to get the jab because of my medical issues.  I've taken time off b4 multiple times for various reasons or injuries, and once I hit it muscle memory kicks right back in with hard work.

7) If you need help with the whole sex drive thing.  You can pm me.  I take cialis, not for sex (with this covid shit I admit I haven't had pussy in a long time  :'( Certainly wasn't going to look on Tinder for some whore that might have it from the previous 20 guys she'd been with.)  I take it for prostate health and blood flow as I have a high RBC count always whether I'm on or not, and cuz I'm fucking older than I actually am so I have a weak ass bladder and the urge to piss comes out of nowhere and it helps with that.  Now that the patent is gone you can get it from any compounding pharmacy, but the legally can't do 5mgs cuz that what the brand was.  I'm on the daily use version, but I only take it every other day.  They mix it with citruline so it is even better than when I was on the brand.  100 caps for either $120 or $150....I got my Ivermectin from them and haven't had to refill either yet so I don't remember which one was which price.  Either way, it's cheaper than when my insurance covered the brand name, and they don't cover compounded meds.

lots of warmups, empty bar, 135 on bar, etc. Probably spent 15 mins just doing that.
Knee's and lower-back are pretty creaky.
