How are those 8-12 reps working out for you? Are you a Beast yet?

I have had multiple shoulder surgeries. I am shoulder dominant in my bench already. I don't need to destroy them going heavy. I am saving something for chest day. But yes I will probably use heavier dumbells next time and bring it down to the 15 rep range. Just wanted to touch them today and see how elbow felt. I had planned to do them last night with shrugs but my girl came over so I cut it short. If I really want to go heavy low reps I would use the hammer strength machine at the gym to increase stability but dont have that at the house. But low reps put more strain on my damaged joints and my shoulder always seemed to get a pump and grow just by looking at them. I need to bring up the chest so save my tricep press strength for that day as well. Sometimes I will do the same day as chest.

No wonder you can't grow.  You are looking stringy.

You don't know what you are doing.

How is the 405 squat coming along?  When can we expect to see it?

Destruction this am and feel fng great.  10 sets of 10 reps of 100DB clean and press superset 3 x side laters 35's, 3x bent over laterals, 3x upright row, calf raises

1 hour of  30 sec walk on air runner - shoulder or BW exercise of choice such as kettlebell swing, jump rope, 8 count BB, db snatch, etc.

Some days you feel better than others.   Felt great today.  Its wierd.  There are days you think you are going to be great and it sucks and you feel weak.  Then there are days you think you will be weak and you are actually killing it.   Then there are days you   feel weak and are weak.  BUT

There are days you feel great, and the training is great.   Thats what its all about.   :)

Weird that you mention that....well not really weird but I`ve gone to the gym on leg days feeling weaker than a kitten and even thought about skipping the day,and back then I NEVER missed a workout......NEVER...... ...once I got there I was setting new personal  records and feeling beastly....on the ride home I`d be thinking...."Damn I`m glad I did legs today it was a great workout".

Seated Bradford Presses -  5 X 12,10,8,8,15  {after a light warmup of 20 rep}

Super-Set:
{Lateral Raise - 3 X 15,12,10
{Bent-Over Laterals - 3 X 15,12,10
Very fast.....almost no rest at all.

Gironda Dumbell Swings - 2 X 25 ....forty five seconds rest between sets.....can barely type.

Crunches - 2 X failure

I have zero health problems and perfect blood pressure and heart rate. I don’t have gastro issues, don’t poop or vomit blood and don’t have edema. You have elevated results on blood tests. My blood tests were perfect.

For mid 40s, you have way too many health problems. I have zero.

He has so many health issues for his age. He is by far the most unhealthiest mid 40 year old I have known.

I don't have high blood pressure my BP is ideal. I do have Crohn's that doesn't mean you are healthier than me. Crohns isn't going to kill me.  I occasionally get stomach ulcers again that doesn't mean my blood pressure and cholesterol are not in an ideal range. I am not going to have a heart attack you know the leading killer of men. You are probably don't workout and are built like a wet noodle trying to tell me about health meanwhile your arteries are clogged

Again I don't have any reason to believe you even train much less know a damn thing about health. My health is great having Crohns doesn't mean I am unhealthy

Stay on it for a six months.

You won't lose muscle on it.

Not doing great this am. Knee is pretty bad icing it again. Really struggling to get around the house. Basically, at this point planning to only squat every other leg workout as extensions seem to bother knee less. Problem is my dog bites so I can't just put him in the yard I have to actually walk him. I walked him with my 4 wheeler the other day. May consider going back to the Ortho but I think I need to strengthen the rear posterior chain get that hamstring strong enough to hold the slip just know the minor slip is going to be a major tear someday otherwise. Anyway got an early basement workout before sunrise

Shoulders
3 sets of 25 dumbell press
used fat gripz supposedly helps tendonitis

2 sets of 25 side laterall raises
Didnt use fat grips elbow started hurting so stopped after 2 sets
