So here is my post to you Taffin.....why would anyone in their 40's post pics like this daily on a message board?  Not going disparage his build......although I do laugh at the "hairstyle before a dinner date" defense he provided.....so I guess combing 5 strands of hair is a hair styling thing now.....seriously, just wtf?  Someone other than him please help me understand all of this???  I've only been back a few months, and I just can't understand or remember ANYONE taking this kind of a beating, and who kept coming back for more everyday.

Please help me grasp this..........anyone,...anyone.....Bueller??? :-\

Abs?  Here are they.

I don't understand why you are so obsessed with abs. There are 8 mandatory poses, only one is called Abdominals and thighs, and you see here, you have to have legs to do the pose. For the rest of 7 other mandatory poses, every single one requires to have a fully balanced physique which means upper body and lower body. Do you think you will win the most muscular pose just by your half upper body, which to be honest, is not that good? You also have one the uglies abs and wide midsection which I don't think help you with your pose.

You keep saying you will destroy me when I am next to you. However, I don't think that would happen, because we don't compete in the same class. The only moment we will stand next to each other is the battle for the overall, which would never happen, because you will never win in your class.


In the old days, we would say P'wned.  What's the new term for this kind of verbal ass kicking now since I was not posting for awhile?

You should go Hulk Hogan style mullet.   Business on the side....party in the back.  Shaving it is not an option with your forehead.....not trying to be mean. Just giving you a fun idea for a person with very little hair on top to do anything with.  It's something I would do if I were in your shoes.  Like I said, done making fun of you directly, so I'm being serious here.

I give props too honestly to him if he's really that blessed, but I do think tren has the same hardening effect as clen IMO even though I've never used tren.

As a short meso, getting really lean is the hardest thing for me to do.  8.5-9% is my best.  Never competed, as there was no chance of me going pro, and diuretics for a plastic trophy was just never worth the risk/benefit ratio to me even though everyone in the gym...even Rod Ketchens said I should be doing shows. 

Putting on size due to muscle memory is easy for me even though I can't eat much cuz of my IBS.  I eat 1-3 times a day max usually.  Most days only taking in 500-1500 cals a day, and I still stay 180 at around 18%, and haven't trained for two years+.  When I up the food to around 2500, my stomach is hell, but I blow up and lean out quickly, but not like that of someone who is metabolically blessed.  If bhanks is being truthful about not using those things, I have to admit I envy that.  At my age, it's 11 or 12% with just decent diet, lifting, and 20-30 mins of cardio 4-5x a week is good for me.  My body is weird.  At that bodyfat range I have serratus and very decent abs when flexed as well as veins in arms, legs, and especially forerams. (Kwon's pics probably play a role in the last one. ;D)

I have lifted at home.........I don't consider that training as I only have adjustable d-bells up to 55, and I haven't done that or my elliptical for over a year due to patellar tendonitis, balance issues, and falls from my knee giving out. 

TODAY WAS A GREAT DAY THOUGH!  I finally got everything coordinated with my Dr. and a PT clinic to get approved for an eval, scheduled, and 3 session per week for 3 weeks on my knee.  Hopefully, they get me back to feeling comfortable working out at home again with no worries of falling with weights in my hand, and then back to TRAINING.  Something bhanks doesn't seem to understand the difference between.

Irrelevant to the thread, but I am just happy and excited to have some hope to TRAIN again! 8)  At 48, I figure I got 2 years left to add size back on, and then just maintain.  I have no delusions of becoming what Bhanks thinks he can do on a stage....nor any desire.

I believe MM is the dude from somewhere in Asia. If so, he's posted tons of stuff so I would have to say yes.  Pretty sure he's posted things without the sticker face too.

As for Bhanky, I can't say no, but if he did it obviously wasn't worth recalling.

Sorry I can't be of more help Jane.  I'm not good at digging up shit like other peeps are on here.  I'm sure someone will see your ?, and dig them up if they are to be found.

BTW, I didn't know you got banned until I started posting again.  I enjoy your shit, so I'm glad you got unbanned shortly after I came back even though I have no idea what got you axed.  Great to see you posting again.  I hope you don't let the ban hold you back from your old style of brutal posting.

Sorry good Sir, I am not truly an expert on nipple derps.

MM seems to have relatively normal physical attributes.

bhanky has nerve damage in his pec tear that has obliterated his bicep and his aromatized nipples seem to be fleeing the scene of a crime.

Good news my brother.

Hell yeah bro!  Eval is first week of April, and am approved 3x for 3 weeks after that.  Doubt I'll even need that.  I just need them to stretch me, teach me safe stretches to do on my own, and what band work to do.  Unless they have me do crazy shit like I saw them do with HS/College athletes like jumping squares and reflex stuff with a trampoline while standing on my bad leg, I can stop early and do it from home. 

I have bands, db's, a bench with ext/curl attachment, and a Precor elliptical to do most of what I saw them do for knee rehabs when I was getting my bicep tendon rehab.  Only reason to go through them the whole way is if they want to hook me up to the electro pulse shit at the end of each session.  I'm sure they will, as it allows them to bill for more shit. 

Whatever, just a good day that gave me some hope. 8)
