He keeps taking it back to abs and body fat levels because he's been naturally lean all his life and does nothing to earn this - no cardio, and we've all seen his diet - it's just a fast metabolism.  So when people draw attention to things like symmetry, balance and proportions, he ignores them and just says they are not ripped so he wins...


Because he's got nothing better to do.  I'm surprised he isn't an InstaGram Queen too ;D

Why did you photoshop his right arm to be smaller than his left arm? That isn't very sporting.

Arms supersetted as usual.

Alternate db curls 35-35,40-30,50-22,60-17,70-13.
Hammer db curls 100-6,90-8,80-12,70-15,60-20.
Ez bar curls 70-30,30,25,20

Rope push downs 5 sets 10-50
Overhead 1 db extension 100-12,11,10,10,8.
Dips BW-40,30,30,25,20


Abs ab wheel 5 sets 15-20
Crunches 5 sets 50

6 mile walk.

PT starts today.  Surgeon said there was only going to be a 3" incision...this thing looks like its more like 5".  Can't train for 3 weeks.
Wow, that sucks....glad you`re OK though....take a good rest and post on getbig all day like the rest of us who have no life.  ;D

Hello Sir !   🙋‍♀️

Yeah, I’ve been banned 4X for basically defending myself.

Once each for XFactor, Primemuscle, and Howard, then once about a month ago and I’m not sure why. It’s not a big deal. I only come here to read the posts of about 10 people and pay little attention to the rest of the chest thumping.

Today I am going to do my 5 X 5 X 145 lbs for squats and then try 205 lbs at the end of the workout. I think I will get the 205 lbs pretty easy.

I’m in Washington DC and have decided cold rainy weather is worse than a Shizzo post.


Looks like the squatting is coming along nicely Jane.

Thanks Wes, it feels good to go heavy again, I’ve been doing really high reps for quite a while now and decided to go heavy on dumbbell curls for a while and see what happens.

I competed longer than you have.  I have done more shows than you have.  WON more shows than you.  I put my time in and did my work.  You can think I am an idiot all you like.  That's what losers and failures like you will do.  When challenged you can't back up your statements and instead result to comments like that.

I challenge you to find one SERIOUS HIGH LEVEL bodybuilding competitor that doesn't do cardio with prep.  Oh, and before you change the goal post position...at NO TIME am I saying that's all they do.  I also am not saying they sit on a treadmill for hours at a time.  YOU contend that its just food and lifting that gets you shredded.  Come on Brian..instead of losing your shit and pounding your fists on the keyboard have a rational, logical comeback.

They have so much muscle mass they literally just stop stuffing their faces and do 20 min on treadmill at a walking pace. Again I don't give a fuck how many times you dieted down. I don't diet down I stay lean 365 for the last 25 fucking years. So fuck yes I know more about being lean than you

I don't know how many times I have to explain this you get lean eating a ton and lifting weights and adding lean tissue that increases your metabolism then you bring the calories back to a comfortable level and boom you are shredded. Not by dieting starvation rations carnivore diets and doing hours of Cardio

Honestly this is my favorite look how cut up my arms are none of these are prepping or dieting all just walking around condition even my lower back is lean
