Ah yes some days training is more about mental health than physical
every day it is for me, both equal.
I get just as much out of it mentally. training is fun, its a passion.
I force myself to have a day off (SUN). Some say I dont rest enough.
When you sit all day for work, and sleep 10 hours a night, and you structure your training properly, I get more than enough rest.
today was legs and some misc:
Squats (after lots of warmups):
315 x 5
315 x 5
405 x 3
405 x 3
leg curl / leg ext super-set4 sets
standing calves4 sets
reverse-hypers4 sets
20-mins on treadmill (slow "jog" on 4.0)
Seated dip-machine - 4 sets
