Are U training without a barbell at home?  Barbell bent arm pullovers i like.
No I have a Barbell. and a ton of weights, I mix things up...next week I`ll use the barbell more....I did barbell curls just a few pages back....I hate BB Pullovers though.

Next week I`m gonna` set up a chinning bar I made....it`s stronger than hell and not the cheap aluminum doorway type  pieces of junk they sell these days.

100%   - I can't trust those things for pull ups or chin ups.

I wholeheartedly agree brother....tons of people made huge progress before the advent of complex overdesigned and overcomplicated machines.....plus nutrition comes into play bigtime to further a person progress.

You act like I don't train for the same things. I am an athlete. I don't starve myself for abs. But yes 90 minutes a day of timed lifts without rest seems a little much. I am just trying to motivate to get to the gym today and maybe lift for 45 minutes to an hour.

Sorry some concepts are too complex for your brain.  You seem to think that your 'gains' are linear as well (which couldn't be further from the truth).  There is a lot of research on HYPERTROPHY when it comes to periodization and RPE focused training. 

There is much more to building muscle than the simple 1 body part a week for 3x 10 - 12 reps.  (queue your comeback where you say you aren't doing 10 - 12 reps).  Varying the rep speed, rep range, weight, rest between sets, range of motion, etc, etc, etc.

Bullshit you are overthinking it and making it too complicated it's not an exact science you have to adjust based on how your body feels not some predetermined calculus

You sure get mad when someone says something that rubs the wisps of your hair the wrong way.   So odd that many people continue to make gains yet you still can't get over 225lbs and maintain it longer than it takes you to walk to the bathroom and shit it out.

I can't get over 225lb with single digit bodyfat at the age of 44 not exactly the same thing. And again you think I am not familiar with every type of training and diet advice. Why am I going to add 5lbs every week for months and change the reps and sets by one when we know growth is not linear. One day you just add another entire fucking 45lb plate and just keep going.

Yes exactly. One day I just feel stronger and will increase the weight sometimes significantly the reps may also come down they may not but yeah all of a sudden you can just feel the body change and get stronger heavier it can happen overnight. Staying at the same weight or adding 5lbs makes no sense when that happens. But yeah especially with squat I could add 50lbs to my working sets today if I really felt like it. Could I add 50lbs to my working bench sets yeah but reps would come down still babying the chest so could go up significantly if I wanted.  15 reps may turn into 8 but I am not just going to add 5lbs and a rep each week for 8 weeks then deload and start over that is not really how strength develops. Little changes to diet and recovery will make more of a difference than advanced quadrolatic formulas on your rep and set count or fancy preexhausting, forced reps, negatives, time reps, pyramid schemes, x percent of max nonsense  etc etc
