Wes bitches that my workouts are not hardcore. Personally, I am starting to do one hardcore workout per bodypart one week then a light workout for that bodypart next week. Like I only do squats every other week now. The reason for this isn't just to give the particular bodypart a chance to recover but to give other bodyparts a chance to get that recovery energy. You only have so much recovery in you if you kill everything you will not recover and grow. Kill one bodypart a week and touch everything else. I almost feel like I should be almost fully recovered before training anything again not just the same bodypart. Like I want my excess calories to go to the trained bodypart that is recovering and it can't do that if I am training and trying to recover something else without being fully recovered. You can touch somethign everyday and grow you can not kill somethign everyday and grow

I guarantee I would lose size if I trained like soul crusher. I would have to double my calories to do his morning workouts and not waste away. Sure I would be shredded to the bone after a week but I would also be 195lbs after 2 weeks if I did that shit. It would take 3 days to fully recover from one workout.

Bodybuilding douche way of thinking.  You just don't get it that incorporating different types of training can actually move the growth needle FORWARD.  Its like talking to a brick wall.

I admit I dont like that way of training persoanlly (the crossfit / cross-trainer stuff), but I know it would benefit me much more than heavy-lifting.
Whatever is fun, do it.

I love the combo type training (some call it "Power-Building") though I hate that term. (Powerlifting/ BB hybrid). (Strength & hypertrophy).
Focus is on more cardio thrown in now (every day) as I get older. (1 hour walks with dog in our hilly neighborhood) and if too freezing out, just a 20-30 minute slow jog on treadmill.

I walk my dog 1 mile around the pond everyday all winter I will walk him more this summer. I really do think a simple 20 minute daily walk does a lot

Yeah in the summer I try and walk about 2 miles a day on the beach in the sand. People can say that is not hardcore but honestly I think it is a real good baseline for my heart.

Your on gear and if you ate better you`d absorb more nutrients and utilize and absorb them more efficiently as opposed to eating cobbler and biscuits and gravy that looks like recycled puke and then just shitting it out....it`s playing havok with your Chrons trust me on that.

Try chicken, beef, eggs, eggwhites, salmon,cod,tuna,rice,baked potatoes,protein shakes in water or two percent milk, lean burgers, turkey and turkey burgers, veggies and salads etc. etc.  you eat like a twelve year old kid how do you expect to recover. and grow eating like that....its not all about high calorie shit food to gain weight....try building solid muscle tissue over time for a change instead of gaining and losing a ton of water weight  each week just to make the scale go up.

It`s not muscle it`s fluid retention for Christs sake, you`d think that you would realize that by now the way your weight fluctuates from day to day and week to week and never stabilizes.... Rome wasn`t built in a day and neither was a quality physique.

And I dont want to hear I cant gain weight eating clean cuz while you do actually gain weight eating the way you do, you never hold onto it for any length of time.

Throw away  your scale or weigh yourself once a month and use the mirror instead....it will never lie to you if you are honest with yourself.

Go for a certain look. not a certain bodyweight and you`ll look great.

Look at all the pros that say "I`m coming in at three hundred pounds next year" then they place badly cuz in essence it`s quality over quantity.

Take this post any way you want to but IMO it`s damn good advice.....please think about it for more that two seconds.

Wow....just wow.  People have been telling you CONSTANTLY that your 'aspirations' of gaining as much weight as you claim to want to gain is not going to be possible at your age.  Yet, time after time you sit there and fight with them.  NOW because you are the one saying it the concept is a reality.

Funny thing...all you think about with crossfit is burpees.  There are masters competitors that are 10 - 15 years older than you that are stronger than you and in better shape.   Crossfit owns your mind.

Can you not read I said almost impossible that is a big difference. Almost is worth a fight. I am a lot bigger than the crossfitter guys. I have no desire to do that shit this is not high school wrestling practice. I need isolation and stability not compound momentum.

My entire life you act like there is anything on training and nutrition in English print I have not read there isn't. I am applying what works for me what I have learned not just what I have read there is a big difference I know my body and fuck yes I know more about nutrition and training than you sorry none of your pics qualify you as an expert on anything in my book. You were a little guy who got in shape but never added an ounce of size.
