You doing just seated or standing calves raises as well also how much of that is from pushing a sled around

A lot of it is just adding in calf raises after DB exercises.  So if I do say one arm rows.  After set I’ll just grab the other DB and do a set.   Or if I’m doing say DB stiff leg Deadlifts - bang out ten reps before I put back on the rack.  Shit like that.  Calf’s never seem to get really sore so you can hit them often

I swear that lately I'm getting fitter just by reading you and Rob's workouts LOL

Can I ask you a stupid question please?  I know you're a 4AM guy, but how do you handle weekends?

Do you get up/go to bed any later?  Or do you stay on the same schedule (pretty sure you don't work out weekends so I hope my question makes sense)

Usually get up around 6 on weekends and just do a trail walk for 3-5 miles.   If I go to the gym it’s easy cardio or light bs.

Usually depends if have errands to do etc.  during weekend I’m not in that same super focused mode.

I'm sure you have explained it before, but what do you take for energy? I know you also have to be strong to throw around the weights you do, but you also have to have the steam to power through these insane workouts.

I've got to get addicted to working out again. Make it a lifestyle rather than a chore.

It builds on itself over time.   When you work on different t energy systems as part of a plan they all help the others. 

It’s also trial and error to see what works for you personally.
