The more you workout the more energy you get you develop your cardio just like your strength and again really lol
You don't know me. And since you haven't been around here long enough, you don't know about my backstory, which I have shared many times over the years.
I know how to train. I know what to eat. I just need to get that fire back. I'm not an exercise 3 days a week for a half hour type of guy. I'm an all-in, or nothing person.
