yeah, I had the whole thing done. the MRI took over 3 hours because 3 things went at once the shoulder the elbow and the hand. when i do something i do it right. the rotator cuff was completely torn the socket was shot, the elbow seized up from an arthritic attack and the hand had a case of gout, a real triple whammy. 3 days later i felt better and could move my arm again. now it's light training from now on.

If you had a full thickness rupture of the cuff, it is not likely it will heal.  I had the full thickness tear at the distal aspect of supraspinatus.  Two anchors and three months of rehab I am 100%.  I also did stem cell during surgery.  Sounds like you have labrum as well...which makes it so much worse.   ANY person benching or overhead pressing should be doing scapular stability exercises as well as direct rotator work prior to lifting.  Dont be that guy who does standing dumbell external rotation (i.e. standing, arm against side, elbow bent 90deg, holding dumbell and moving it out and in)...that is NOT the way to do that movement.

   that makes sense, when it started to hurt, i did exactly that it made it worse and i couldn't move my arm at all for a week.

   I really taking it easy now, heavy weights are out forever I guess.
Nothing wrong with that....train with less rest to compensate for the lack of heavier weights.

A lighter weight can feel real heavy real quick if rest is kept to a minimum.

I`m no expert so I could be way off base here but Krank knows his shit so trust in his advice.

Program was a strength cycle.  Just didn't know if I'd get any additional benefit.

I could not deadlift or row today because my leg is still swollen and it is difficult to stand much less bend the leg and put weight on it. All exercises were seated today specifically for that reason

Yep. I tore both my rotator cuff and labrum. Had surgery within a few days but it still took around a full year of rehab to get back to lifting moderate weights. The surgeon said he'd 'done it up really tight' to make sure it wouldn't happen again, but it's left me with permanent tightness.

I have had both labrums repaired and have bone degeneration in the shoulder 3 total shoulder surgeries but over a decade ago. I hit my max PR after those surgeries.

45 minutes. 

3 sets - 1 arm row superset with stiff leg deadlift and calf raise
3 sets - seated rows superset with leg curls and calf raise
3 sets - wide grip pull down superset w lat pull down and calf raise
3 sets - close grip pull down superset with single arm cable row
3 sets - low bar row - superset with high rope pull

45 minutes - keep repeating. 

30 sec Walk air runner
30 sec pull ups
 
30 sec walk on air runner
30 sec 135lb barbell row
 
30 sec walk on air runner
30 sec hanging leg raise
 
30 sec walk on air runner
30 sec sled push

30 sec walk on air runner
30 sec tire flip

Correct I have had 7 orthopedic surgeries 2 on my knees and 3 on my shoulders. Now I can walk almost a mile on a good day before I start having issues but somedays I can't walk at all without pain somedays I can't stand on good days I train legs
