In the '90's we went as a group of 'lads' to Zante (Greece).  One of the local shops sold hard-core p0no mags, flick-knives, knuckle dusters, the lot.  So I bought a few spicy items, and like a complete bastard, stuffed them all in the bottom of my best friends suitcase!  Luckily he didn't get pulled - there was fuck-all security back in those days - but he never let me forget it ;D

Thanks both - I'll see if I can get up in the loft today and take a few pics when no-ones around.  Told my Wife (obv) but don't really want any of the visiting family seeing Dad wandering round armed! ;D

Yesterday

Stiff Leg Deads 2 warm up and 3 working sets 8-10 rep range
Hammer high Rows 3 sets increasing weight 20-10 reps
Wide Grip pulldown behind the neck 3 sets 15 reps
Narrow Grip Row 3 sets 10 reps

Made some dietary changes trying to reduce bloat water retention and intestinal inflammation believe it is working already. Still eating a lot of food just no dairy onions or fast food no sausage soda gatorade etc just for a week or two to let stomach get better eating soluble fiber oatmeal and bacon for breakfast instead of sausage and biscuit gravy chicken flank steak yams squash and potatoes with water and some bananas and butter lettuce and switched to half calf last couple days trying to keep diet simple right now. As was having a bit of a flare up

No cardio, will walk dog for an hour after lunch... (He'll walk me actually, he's hard to keep up with).

What does 30-4 mean?

Yeah I’ve been doing a lot of 10-12 mile walks as of late just keep on trucking instead of breaking it up over 2-3 walks. All those numbers are starting reps and finishing reps as weight climbs.

3 sets 1 arm row and calf raises
3 sets close grip seated row and rope curls
3 sets wide grip pull down and rope curls
3 sets low bar rows and high rope row

60 minutes 0 zero rest - goal was 600 calories (Got 661!) for 30 min of riding

12 sets of the following on the timer

30 sec airbike
30 sec pull ups

30 sec air bike
30 sec hammer curls

30 sec air bike
30 sec prone row

30 sec airbike
30 sec walking lunges

30 sec airbike
30 sec sit ups or lying leg raises

Total time 105 minutes

Yup,that`s a real strange routine for pecs ....two main exercises followed by a finishing type movement using the pyramid up  then pyramid down on the last set method.....there`s no way after training for decades that I would have been able to come up with this intricate plan all by myself without your guidance.....thanks man.
