Nice medal case I have a similar on for wrestling, but I believe you do have more medals. Regardless no one gets a cookie for claiming natural. The trainer at my gym the other day was telling me how he competes in some kind of tested natural pro shows and how they revoke your winnings if your test positive. Like I give a fuck what he is taking all that matters are results you get no additional points or credit for claiming NON GMO VEGAN bodybuilding.

I did cross country in the fall to get in shape for wrestling so was pulling calories off not doing a strength event. My fastest 3.1 was just over 16 minutes I just did it to get in cardio shape

I've had my faithful little Swiss Army knife since '93 - longer than most of my kids!  It's a bit fucked, but I love it

True story - I was fucking around on AliExpress last year (I like buying random Chinese shit) and ordered a couple of very cheap pocket knives when I had a moment of boredom - totally didn't need them - a folding stiletto style and a small folding workblade type thing (like you hang on your belt)

But when they turned up, the thin one was a lock-knife, and the other was spring-loaded - both totally illegal in the UK!  And those mechanisms were definitely not pictured or mentioned.  So now I've got two illegal knives hidden with that gun I found last year :o  God forbid the house ever gets searched for any reason! ;D

I do have a nice Swiss Army knife that i've had for years. They work great for most situations.

I grew up hunting, fishing and camping. Still do a lot of camping, more because i like to do long challenging hikes and the best places to do that are remote.

Years ago my brother gave me a switch blade, i just can't remember where i put it.

Also yes after 3 days I had one 12 oz sprite in addition to my 3/4 a gallon of water. Prior to this I was drinking a half gallon of Gatorade plus a soda and a coffee or two every day. Its a drastic difference.
