Jackass I was eating wheat bread however People with Crohns are supposed to eat white bread specifically sour dough is recommended. It is easier to digest refined white flour than multi grain or wheat. You don't know shit

"Grains: When you’re having symptoms, choose bread, pasta, and other carbohydrates made from refined white flour instead of whole grains.4 White rice is another low-fiber option. Avoid brown rice, wild rice, or rice pilaf.

Simply prepared packets of oatmeal are approved if you tolerate them. Avoid cereal and granola that has dried fruit, nuts, or other additions."

Also yes after 3 days I had one 12 oz sprite in addition to my 3/4 a gallon of water. Prior to this I was drinking a half gallon of Gatorade plus a soda and a coffee or two every day. Its a drastic difference.

Nothing wrong with coffee. Sprite is just a waste.

Two weeks `till contest day....you shouldn`t be eating any fucking bread at all.....it builds zero muscle and is a poor choice for overall nutritional value.

Doughy white bread or bread in general is just a food that I drop quickly when prepping.

Poor protein content,usually processed white bleached flour,and just like dairy I don`t ingest it when prepping......much better carb sources out there by far.

Why not opt for yams....not the canned ones like this {idiot aka Hanky} is eating,baked potates,rice,oatmeal.....all waaaay better than bread IMO.

Seated Dumbell Press- 1 X 20 [warmup] then 4 X 12,10,10,10
Dumbell Lateral Raises - 4 X 15,15,12,30
Bent-Over Laterals - 4 X 20,20 [had to rest-pause the last 5 reps..brutal pain],15,12
Wide Grip Upright Rows - 2 X 12 [to around nipple height]

Standing Calf Raises - 5 X failure followed by half reps to failure at the end of each set....followed by stretching in bottom position

Pull ups- 10 sets reps 15-5 superset with Leg raises 10 sets 25-10
Hammer low row 5 sets  reps 15-5 superset with 5 sets of shrugs reps 30-15.

5 mile walk so far. Do another 5 miles later.
